APPOiNTMENT TO LOCAL NEGOTLATiNG COMMiTTEE
EXPANSION/EXTENSION OF WASTE MANAGEMENT LANDFILL SiTE IN MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, the Council appointed four members to the local
committee for the purpose of negotiations with regard to the
exoansion and/or extension of the Waste Manaeement Landfill site ~ ~~ L ~~~

in Muskego in'Resolution #72-84, with arnendmznts on 8/25/87.
10/27/87 and 4/26/88, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby appoint the following alderman to
serve on the local committee for the purpose of negotiations
with Waste Management of Wisconsin, inc. concerning any
extension and/or expansion of the Muskego Landfill Site, to
replace Ald. Harold L. Sanders.
