AUTHORIZATION OF ERRORS & OMISSIONS INSURANCE CARRIER
WHEREAS, the City's current errors and omissions insurance policy with International Surplus Lines will expire on April
28, 1989, and
WHEREAS, the League of Municipalities has negotiated with
National Union to cover Wisconsin municipalities, at a cost
savings compared to similar coverage with International
Surplus.
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council does
hereby authorize National Union to be the carrier of the City's
errors and omissions insurance policy, which has a $1,000,000
limit with a $15,000 deductible, at an annual premium cost of
$7,500.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City. 0
