AMENDED
ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT TRUCK
WHEREAS, quotes for the Public Works Department heavy duty
truck have been received as follows:
Lakeside International $60,325.00
Badger Ford $61,993.00
WHEREAS, the Waukesha County Public Works Association has
bid, and
awarded the quote to Lakeside International based on the low
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended acceptance of
the bid from Lakeside International in the amount of
$60,325.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the quote received from Lakeside
order to obtain the price break offered to the consortium.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is authorized to
execute the necessary documents for said purchase in the name
of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that payment for this truck shall be
made with $57,000.00 coming from the Capital Outlay Account and
$3,325.00 from the Contingency Account.
