APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Schuler)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on March 17, 1989
to finalize a two parcel division of the James Schuler property
in the SW 1 /4 of Section 32, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
certified survey map, as well as the 30' easement for access and
sewer access from North Shore Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize a two
parcel division of the James Schuler property in the SW 1/4 of
Section 32, as well as the 30' easement for access and sewer
access from North Shore Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance
and approval of the City Engineer.
