TO SOLICIT COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS FOR NOT TO EXCEED
RESOLUTION AUTHOKIZING EHLERS AND ASSOCIATES, INC.
$775,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION NOTES
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statutes, Section 67(12)(12) authorizes
the City to issue general obligation notes; and
WHEREAS, the City needs to finance water extensions, fire
department equipment, water controls, water meters, sewer
extensions, sewer improvements and road improvements; and
specialist for the City of Muskego;
WHEREAS, Ehlers and Associates, Inc. is the financial
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the
Associates, Inc. is authorized to solicit competitive proposals
