WAIVER OF ATTORNEY/CLIENT PRIVILEGE -
MMSD TRIAL
WHEREAS, Attorney Dale W. Arenz has been requested to be a
perspective witness on behalf of FLOW in the City of Brookfield
et a1 vs. Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District trial in
April.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby waive the attorney/client privilege
to allow Attorney Dale W. Arenz to testify on behalf of the
City of Muskego regarding its negotiations and contract with
MMSD.
