AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE FOR WATER MAIN AS-BUILTS
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee has requested that water
main as-builts be provided for existing water main facilities in
the City of Muskego with the exception of the Industrial Park,
Guernsey Meadows and Kristin Downs, and
WHEREAS, Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. has proposed to complete the
following drawings at an estimated cost of $22,400.00:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities
Committee, does hereby authorize the expenditure of an estimated
$22,400.00 for water main as-builts for existing water main
facilities in the City of Muskego as listed above, with funds to 0 be taken from the Borrowed Money Account.
