AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF PARK DEDICATION FUNDS
(Pioneer Drive to Racine Avenue Recreational Trail)
(Phase 111)
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Board has requested
authorization for expenditure of park dedication funds in the
amount of $1,095.00 for the purpose of completing Phase I11 of
the Pioneer Drive to Racine Avenue Recreational Trail, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of the
$1,095.00 expenditure with this amount to be taken out of the
Parks Dedication account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee
does hereby authorize the expenditure of park dedication funds in
the amount of $1,095.00 for the purpose of completing Phase 111
of the Pioneer Drive to Racine Avenue Recreational Trail, with
the funds to be taken out of the Parks Dedication account.
