CCR1989074ACCEPTANCE OF SEWER INDEBTEDNESS STUDY
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee requested that a study
be performed to determine the Sewer Utility's long-term
indebtedness for projects undertaken between 1969 and 1987, and
WHEREAS, a Sewer Indebtedness Study has been prepared by
Conley, McDonald, Sprague h Co. and has been reviewed by the
Public Utilities Committee and presented to the Common Council
for acceptance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
Utilities Committee, does hereby accept the Sewer Indebtedness
Study as attached, and approves establishing the sewer
liability as detailed by that report of $4,049,343 at December
31, 1987.
