MUSKEGO TO DISCONTINUE RESOLUTION
AND VACATE A PART OF
MC SHANE DRIVE IN THE CITY

BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego.
Wisconsin, as follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of the
Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a street,
following described real estate in the City of Muskego,
to wit:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "B"
That the street discontinued and vacated by this resolution is
designated in red on a map hereto annexed, made a part hereof and
marked Exhibit "A".

ORDER OF HEARING
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN

The following resolution having been introduced in the Common
Council of the Citv of Muskeeo. Wisconsin. at a meeting of said
Council, held March 28, 1989-at the Council Room, at City Hall,
Muskego, Wisconsin to-wit:
"BE IT KESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, as follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of the
Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a street,
following described real estate in the City of Muskego,
to-wi t :
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "B"
That the street discontinued and vacated by this resolution is
designated in red on a map hereto annexed, made a part hereof and
marked Exhibit "A".
Introduced this 28th day of March , 1989.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED by said Common Council, that a
hearing on the passage of said Resolution be held at a meetinn of
said Common Council at the Council Room, City Hall, Mus1
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Notice of the Hearing on said
Resolution be published in the Muskego Sun as a Class 3 Notice;
and that, in addition, Notice of said hearing be served on the
owners of all of the frontage of the lots and lands abutting on
said real estate herein before described sought to be vacated,
and discontinued, as a street, in the manner provided for the
service of summons in Circuit Court at least thirty (30) days
before said hearing.
