CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
SECOND AMENDED RELOCATION ORDER OF THE
(Schultz Lane)
NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by its
City Council and for its Second Amended Relocation Order hereby
resolves as follows:

That this Resolution is an amendment to a First Amended
Relocation Order which is Resolution #28-89 which was passed
and approved on January 24, 1989;
That this Resolution is a Second Amended Relocation Order in
accordance with Section 32.05(1), Wisconsin Statutes, for
project and it is also a determination of necessity for that
the purposes of the within described public improvements
project in accordance with Section 32.07(2), Wisconsin
Statutes.
That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is
necessary and a public purpose to provide permanent
watercourse purposes and obtain fee simple title for street
easements and temporary construction easements for
purposes as shown on the maps attached to the First Amended
Relocation Order and marked Exhibit "A" h "B" and as shown
on Exhibit "D" ti "E" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
That said permanent easements and temporary construction
acquisitions will be built as set forth on the maps attached
easements for watercourse purposes and fee simple title
to the First Amended Relocation Order marked Exhibit "A" and
Amended Relocation Order marked Exhibit "D" and "E".

That the sites of said permanent easements and temporary
construction easements for watercourse purposes and fee
simple title acquisitions are contained in Exhibit "A" and "B" attached to the First Amended Relocation Order and in
Exhibit "D" and "E" which are incorporated herein; that a
Amended Relocation Order, made a part hereof and marked
legal description to said sites are attached to the First
Exhibit "C-1" through "C-11"; that Exhibit "C-1" is hereby
deleted from the First Amended Relocation Order; that
attached hereto and made a part hereof and marked Exhibit
"C-12" is the legal description which replaces Exhibit "C-1"
and Exhibit "C-13" which is an additional legal description
to said site.

6. That the City of Muskego will acquire permanent easements
and temporary construction easements for watercourse
improvements and fee simple title for street purposes as
attached to the First Amended Relocation Order and as
indicated on Exhibits "A", "B" and "C-2" through "C-1 1"
indicated on Exhibits "C-12", "C-1 3", "D" and "E" attached
hereto.
