RESOLUTION #64-89
APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
(Golden Meadow at Lake Tichigan - Town of Waterford)
WHEREAS, a Final Plat has been submitted for the 21 lot Golden
Meadow at Lake Tichigan - Town of Waterford Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat was approved in Resolution #193-88,
and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
proposed division.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Final Plat for the 21 lot Golden Meadow
at Lake Tichigan - Town of Waterford Subdivision, subject to
receipt of all administrative fees.
