CCR19890631 / I' COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 AMENDED RESOLUTiON #63-89 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP (Narlock) WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on March 10, 1989 to finalize a two parcel division of the Frank Narlock property in the NW 114 of Section 8, and WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee requires that Parcel 1 be serviced by sewers on Lakeview Drive and Parcel 2 using an alternate method of septic disposal, and WHEREAS, a request has been made for a change in the lot line, and the Planning & Development Department has determined that the change was not substantial enough to require that the Certified Survey map be again reviewed by the Plan Commission, and WHEREAS, drainage easements have not been described on Parcel 2, and WHEREAS, the petitioner has provided a signed statement dated March 10, 1989 which provides for payment o€ the drainage study prior to the issuance of any building permit on this property and will pay for the recording of any easements determined to be necessary. 0 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize a two parcel division of the Frank Narlock property in the NW 114 of Section 8, subject to Parcel 1 being serviced by sewers on Lakeview Drive and Parcel 2 using an alternate method of septic disposal, with Frank Narlock to pay for the drainage study prior to the issuance of any building permits and the recording of any easements determined to be necessary. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
