PETITION TO AMEND FLOODWAY FLOOD BOUNDARY & FLOODWAY MAP
(Industrial Park Addition)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has petitioned to remove the
Muskego Industrial Park Addition from the Floodway Flood
Boundary & Floodway Map, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November 1, 1988 by the
Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended amending the
Floodway Flood Boundary & Floodway Map in accordance with a map
submitted by Mooney & LeSage.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby petition the DNR to institute the
necessary documents to amend the Floodway Flood Boundary &
Floodway Map. 0
