RESOLUTION AS TO OFFER TO PURCHASE CITY-OWNED LAND
(Wentland Drive)
WHEREAS, an Offer to Purchase in the amount of $17,000.00 has
been submitted by Jacek and Lucy Miskowiec for the city-owned
property described as S70 W19295 Wentland Drive, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended acceptance of
said Offer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby accept the Offer to Purchase submitted by Jacek and
Lucy Miskowiec in the amount of $17,000.00 for the city-owned
property described as S70 W19295 Wentland Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.

that the buyer is aware of the RCA and WCA assessments which
will be the buyer's responsibility to pay, as well as buyer

Little Muskego Lake District and responsible for annual special
change lines 41-43 that buyer is aware property is in the
charges.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the City Attorney of any addendum attached or
deleting language referring to said addendum.
