RESOLUTION #52-89
TO COMPLY WITH DNR REQUIREMENTS FOR THE
AUTHORIZE EXPENDITURE FOR ENGINEERING
LITTLE MUSKEGO LAKE DAM
WHEREAS, the DNR requires that an Emergency Action Plan (EAP)
be in affect for the Little Muskego Lake dam, and
WHEREAS, the EAP should be based on a dam failure analysis
performed by a registered professional engineer, and
WHEREAS, the DNR further requires that an automatic flood
warning system be installed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize expenditures for
engineering for an Emergency Action Plan and automatic flood
warning system for the Little Muskego Lake darn.
