APPROVAL OF MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEMS AT
WOODS ROAD PUMPING STATION
WITH BARBER-COLMAN COMPANY FOR
WHEREAS, approval of Maintenance Agreement No. 121488L13 with
Woods Road Pumping Station, S77 W16031 Woods Road, for the period
Barber-Colman Company for the temperature control systems at the
of August 1, 1989 through July 31, 1990 for a total of $110.00,
has been recommended by the Public Utilities Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities
Committee, does hereby authorize the Clerk-Comptroller to execute
an agreement between the City and Barber-Colman Company for
maintenance of the temperature control systems at Woods Road
Pumping Station for the period of August 1, 1989 through July 31,
1990 for a total of $110.00.
