FIRST AMENDED RELOCATION ORDER OF THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
(Schultz Lane)
NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by its
City Council and for its First Amended Relocation Order hereby
resolves as follows:

That this Resolution is an amendment to a Relocation Order
which is Resolution #204-88 which was passed and approved on
September 13, 1988:
That this Resolution is a First Amended Relocation Order in
accordance with Section 32.05(1), Wisconsin Statutes, for
project and it is also a determination of necessity for that
the purposes of the within described public improvements
project in accordance with Section 32.07(2), Wisconsin
Statutes.
That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is
necessary and a public purpose to provide permanent
watercourse purposes and obtain fee simple title for street
easements and temporary construction easements for
hereof and marked Exhibit "A" and "B";
purposes as shown on the maps attached hereto, made a part
That said permanent easements and temporary construction
easements for watercourse purposes and fee simple title
acquisitions will be built as set forth on the maps attached
to this First Amended Relocation Order marked Exhibit "A"
and "B" :
That the sites of said permanent easements and temporary
construction easements for watercourse purposes and fee
simple title acquisitions are contained in Exhibit "A" and
to said sites is attached hereto, made a part hereof and
"B" which are incorporated herein: that a legal description
marked Exhibits "C-1" through "C-11" .
That the City of Muskego will acquire permanent easements
and temporary construction easements for watercourse
improvements and fee simple title for street purposes as
indicated on Exhibits "A", "B" and "C-1" through "C-11".
