AMENDED
RESOLUTION ADDING TO THE SANITARY SEWER DEFERRED
ASSESSMENT POLICY AS ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION #1 12-86
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has a Deferred Assessment Policy as
to Sanitary Sewer as established by Resolution #112-86; and
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego, under certain circumstances, wishes
to add to said Policy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, it hereby adds a Paragraph 4 as stated below to said
Policy :
4. In order to slow the development of agricultural land and
to facilitate the acquisition of easements in said
construction are available for at least a portion of the
agricultural lands when contributions in aid of
the improvement abutting the agricultural land is made,
cost of said sanitary sewer improvements and if no use of
the assessment is deferred as stated in Paragraph 1, 2,
and 3 of Resolution #112-86, except that no interest
payable and then interest will be charged from that date
shall be charged until the assessments become due and
and except that the deferment shall be for up to ten (10)
years and not five (5).
