FIRST AMENDED RELOCATION ORDER OF THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
(Janesville Rd. Sewer Project - DeBack)
NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by its
City Council and for its First Amended Relocation Order hereby
resolves as follows:
Order which is Resolution A253-88 which was passed and approved
on November 22, 1988;
1. That this Resolution is an amendment to a Relocation
2. That this Resolution is a First Amended Relocation Order
in accordance with §32.05(1), Wisconsin Statutes, for the
purposes of the within described public improvement project and
it is also a determination of necessity for that project in
accordance with §32.07(2), Wisconsin Statutes;
3. That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is
necessary and a public purpose to acquire permanent easements and
other necessary temporary construction easements for sanitary

easements and other necessary temporary construction easements
for sanitary sewer purposes as indicated on Exhibits "A", "B-1"
and "B-2".

Sanitary Sewer Easements
All that part of Section 17, Town 5 North, Range 20 East,
City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin more fully
described as follows:
A forty (40) foot wide permanent sanitary sewer easement,
the centerline of which is described as follows:
Commencing at the center of said Section 17,; thence
N88°19'54"E, along the East 1/4 line of said section,
1,351.15 ft. to the West line of the Muskego Industrial
Park Addition 1; thence S00°58'30E, along said West line,
908 .OO ft. to the centerline of Enterprise Drive and the
point of beginning; thence S88"19'54"W, 1,250 ft. to point
