AUTHORIZING THE OFFERING OF A "CAFETERIA PLAN"
RELATING TO HEALTH CARE PREMIUMS
WHEREAS, Lindner & Marsack has proposed the creation of a
"Cafeteria Plan" relating to health care premiums under Section
$1,500.00, and
125 of the Internal Revenue Code at a cost of approximately
WHEREAS, this plan would allow employees to choose whether their
health insurance contribution should be paid pre-tax or after tax
or to choose no health care at all, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize Lindner & Marsack to create a
