RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FURTHER STUDY OF
BONDS CONCERNING PROPOSED SCOTT KRAUSE PROJECT
CONCEPT OF USE OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT B
WHEREAS, SCOTT KRAUSE and/or corporations in which he is involved
have requested that the City of Muskego study the possibility of
he wishes to make within the City of Muskego: and
using Special Assessment B Bonds to facilitate developments which
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has further interest in studying said
concept.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That it is the present intention of the City of Muskego
to continue to study the concept of using Special
Assessment B Bonds as a possible financing tool to assist
in the development of certain projects planned by Scott
Krause and/or corporations in which he is involved.
2. That the City of Muskego at this time is only indicating
way binding itself to issue any such bonds.
