APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Lloyd/Brodel)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on November 23,
property in the SE 1/4 of Section 31 and
1988 to finalize a one parcel division of the Lloyd/Brodel
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize a one
parcel division of the Lloyd/Brodel property in the SE 1/4 of
Sect ion 3 1 .
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
and approval of the City Engineer.
