AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF HEALTH AND DENTAL
CONTRACTS FOR 1989
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute contracts for health
and dental plans for 1989 as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute an Employer's Group Change Application for WPS (HIP)
to provide insurance coverage for a retired employee living
out-of-state at his expense.
