COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION //290-88
AND THE CITY OF MUSKEG0 FOR DATA PROCESSING SERVICES
AUTHORIZATION TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT BETWEEN SORBUS
WHEREAS, the Maintenance Agreement with Sorbus thru SEWRPC for
the System 36 hardware has been terminated effective January 1,
1989, and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to contract with Sorbus directly at
considerable savings, and
WHEREAS, the attached Maintenance Agreement has been submitted,
and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval, and
approved adding the equipment to be purchased in 1989 to the
Maintenance Agreement without further review by the Finance
Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the attached Maintenance Agreement
between Sorbus and the City of Muskego for the System 36 -0 hardware.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk is authorized to sign the
agreement in the name of the City and is authorized to add
equipment purchased in 1989 to the Maintenance Agreement.
