AUTHORIZATION TO EXECUTE CONTRACT
WISCONSIN HEALTH ORGANIZATION
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
authorize the Mayor to execute an application for group
insurance with Wisconsin Health Organization (WHO) for the
period of January 1, 1989 through December 31, 1989, with the
following rates, which include a vision rider and an oral
surgical rider.
