RESOLUTION #281-88
RESOLUTION AS TO ESCALATION OF RESERVE CAPACITY
ASSESSMENTS (RCA) FOR 1989
WHEREAS, Resolution #169-84, dated 8/28/84, established Reserve
Capacity Assessments (RCA), and
WHEREAS, Resolution #169-84 provided for an annual increase in
the RCA charge, and
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee adopted Resolution #307-
86 and Resolution #259-87 which waived the RCA increase in 1987
and 1988, and
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee has recommended the
following rates for 1989:
New construction after January 1 , 1989 $1,770.00
Existing dwellings $295.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities
Committee, does hereby approve the increased rate of RCA charges
as listed above.
