APPROVAL OF EXTENSION OF CLEANING SERVICE CONTRACT
(Dan Plautz Cleaning Service)
WHEREAS, the Dan Plautz Cleaning Service performed the cleaning
services for the City Hall/Library and Police Department for
1989 at a charge of $1,190.00 per month, and
WHEREAS, the Dan Plautz Cleaning Service has agreed to extend
the service period through December 31, 1989 at the same rate,
and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has requested an additional
Sunday night cleaning at a cost of $108.33 per month.
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby extend the cleaning service contract
with the Dan Plautz Cleaning Service through December 31, 1989
at the rate of $1,190.00 per month, with City Hall Account
#0100-0900-3220 responsible for 70% and Police DeDartment
Account #0100-2000-3220 responsible for 30%.
BE IT FURTHER KESOLVED that approval of an additional Sunday
night cleaning at the Police Department is hereby given at a
cost of $108.33 per month to be charged to Police Department
Account 801 00-2000-3220.
