PETITION TO AMEND FLOODWAY FLOOD BOUNDARY 6 FLOODWAY MAP
CmEREAS, William Mortimore has petitioned that the floodway
boundaries for the Tess Corners Creek in the NE 1/4 of Section
12 be amended, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November 15, 1988 by the
Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended amending the
Floodway Flood Boundary and Floodway Map in accordance with a
map submitted by Donohue 6 Associates identified as Project
F15246, File #WA-1338 dated 3/13/87, as attached.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby petition the DNR to institute the
necessary documents to amend the Floodway Flood Boundary and
Floodway Map.
