APPROVAL OF EXTENSION OF CONCEPTUAL REZONING FROM RSM TO B2
ROBERT KLENZ
WHEREAS, Resolution #131-88, as amended, dated 5/24/88 approved
the concept of rezoning 5.41 acres in the SW 114 of Section 10
from RSM to B2 for the purpose of commercial development, and
and
deferred acting on the rezoning for a maximum of six months,
WHEREAS, the petitioner has requested that the approval for the
intention to rezone be extended for an additional six months,
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended the extension be
granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the extension of the intent to
rezone from RSM to B2 for 5.41 acres in the SW 114 of Section
10 to June 13, 1989.
