CCR1988261(AMENDED) COMMON COUNC~L - CI~Y OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #261-88 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP (City of Muskego) WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on November 14, property in the SW 1/4 of Section 12 and 1988 to finalize a two parcel division of the City-owned WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize a two parcel division of the City-owned property in the SW 1 /4 of Section 12. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the words “easement for ingress h egress purposes” shall be removed from the face of the plat, a 60’ road dedication. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer. 0 and the area of Courtland Lane extended shall be identified as DATED THIS 22nd DAY OF November , 1988.
