FIRST AMENDED RELOCATION ORDER OF THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN

NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by its
City Council and for its First Amended Relocation Order hereby
resolves as follows:

That this Resolution is an amendment to a Relocation Order
which is Resolution #204-88 which was passed and approved on
September 13, 1988:
That this Resolution is a First Amended Relocation Order in
accordance with Section 32.05(1), Wisconsin Statutes, for
project and it is also a determination of necessity for that
the purposes of the within described public improvements
project in accordance with Section 32.07(2), Wisconsin
Statutes.
That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is
necessary and a public purpose to provide permanent
easements for watercourse purposes and obtain fee simple
hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A" and "B";
title for street purposes as shown on the maps attached
That said permanent easements for watercourse purposes and
the maps attached to this First Amended Relocation Order
fee simple title acquisitions will be built as set forth on
marked Exhibit "A" and "B":
That the sites of said permanent easements for watercourse
purposes and fee simple title acquisitions are contained in
Exhibit "A" and "B" which are incorporated herein: that a
part hereof and marked Exhibits "C-1" through "C-11".
