APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on October 11,
1988 to the Common Council for a two parcel division of the M.
Duerst property in the NE quarter of Section 7 in the Town of
Norway, and
WHEKEAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
proposed division.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
one parcel division of the M. Duerst property in the NE quarter
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map submitted for a
of Section 7 in the Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies.
