APPROVAL OF OFFER TO PURCHASE

WHEREAS, Resolution fl184-88, Approval of Offer to Purchase (City-
August 23, 1988, and
Owned Property - Fairfield Drive), as amended, was adopted on
WHEREAS, the buyer has submitted a revised Offer to Purchase in
the amount of $85,000.00, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed said offer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby find the offer acceptable in principle and
counter offer to change certain language in the offer.
in most respects, and authorizes the City Attorney to prepare a
BE IT FURTHER KESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized,
in consultation with the City Attorney, to act in place of the
Common Council as to said offer and counter offer, and to sign
the necessary documents in the name of the City.
