COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION ,1226-88
PETITION TO AMEND FLOOD PLAIN MAP
WHEREAS, it would be in the best interest of the City of Muskego
to remove the Muskego Industrial Park Addition from the Flood
Plain Map, and
WHEREAS, the DNR requires that certain requirements be met with
regard to removing the Muskego Industrial Park Addition from the
Flood Plain Map, and
WHEREAS, these requirements have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby direct Mooney h LeSage to petition
the DNR on behalf of the City to institute the necessary
documents to amend the Flood Plain Map.
