RESOLUTION #225-88
ESTABLISH PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS INSPECTION FEE
WHEREAS, developers must have on-site inspection during the
construction of public improvements, and
WHEREAS, on occasion, the services of an inspector from the
City's engineering firm of Ruekert h Mielke are not available,
and
WHEREAS, the City must then provide the services of such an
inspector, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a charge of
$25.00 per hour be billed to the developer for inspection
services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve billing developers for public
improvement inspections at the rate of $25.00 per hour.
