APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Town of Waterford)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on 9/22/88 to the
Common Council for a one parcel division of the Weltzein
Waterford, and
property in the SW quarter of Section 1 in the Town of
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended approval of
'the proposed division.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
one parcel division of the Weltzein property in the SW quarter
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map submitted for a
of Section 1 in the Town of Waterford.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
