AUTHORIZING ADVERTISING FOR BIDS
(Urban Drainage)
WHEKEAS, the Public Works Committee has identified the Cleaning
of the Kelsey Drive ditch as an Urban Drainage Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee, does hereby authorize the Public Works
Superintendent to obtain quotes for the Kelsey Drive Urban
Drainage Project, and does hereby accept the lowest quote in an
Capital Outlay account of the Operating Budget.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to an
agreement being executed which will allow the temporary
easement for construction purposes, and will require the
removal of brush, the grading of spoils and the cleaning up of
the stumps at the expense of the property owners involved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign any legal document in the name of the City.
