APPROVAL OF EASEMENT FOR RUBY DRIVE
(Harr)
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval to grant
an easement to Thomas Harr to allow ingress/egress from Silver
Drive to his property at S65 W18422 Ruby Drive, subject to the
following conditions:

All costs as a result of Mr. Harr's request for vacation of a
portion of Ruby Drive and all costs connected with the
easement shall be the responsibility of Mr. Harr.
The Department of Public Works will determine the culvert
size and required easement width with all costs for the

culvert and installation to be the responsibility of Mr.
Mr. Harr shall submit a cash bond to the City in the amount
of $1,000 on 9/14/88 as reimbursement to the City for payment
of bills received to date, with the balance to remain in
escrow until conveyance of the easement is complete and all
related bills paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize Attorney Molter to prepare
the necessary easement document allowing ingress/egress from
Silver Drive to Mr. Harr's property at S65 W18422 Ruby Drive
subject to the conditions listed above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to
sign any legal document in the name of the City.
