RESOLUTION #202-88
ESTABLISHING THE NUMBER OF ELECTION OFFICIALS
WHEREAS, State Statute 7.30 requires seven (7) inspectors for
governing body in accordance with §7.32 to not less than three
each polling place at each election, except if reduced by the
(3), and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has requested that she be authorized to
determine for each election the number of election officials
required, and
WHEREAS, in order to facilitate registration at elections where
heavy voting is anticipated, the Clerk has requested that she be
authorized to hire two Special Registration Deputies for each
polling place for peak hours in accordance with §6.55(6).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Clerk to determine the
number of election officials at each polling place at each
election, and to hire two (2) Special Registration Deputies for
each polling place for peak hours as needed.
