APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Woodcrest Heights)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on 8/30/88 to
Survey Map No.5552 of a part of Lot 18 in Woodcrest Heights in
finalize a three parcel division of Parcel 4 of Certified
the SW 1 /4 of Section 16, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
finalize a three parcel division of Parcel 4 of Certified
Survey Map No.5552 of a part of Lot 18 in Woodcrest Heights in
the SW 1 /4 of Section 16.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
Ordinance, and approval of the City Engineer.
