APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Salentine)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on 8130188 to
finalize the division of a lot in the NE 1/4 of Section 2 located
in the SW corner of College Avenue and Tess Corners Drive, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approva1,subject to
the outlot being re-attached to one of the abutting properties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize the
division of a lot in the NE 1/4 of Section 2 located in the SW
corner of College Avenue and Tess Corners Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
outlot being re-attached to one of the abutting properties.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
Ordinance, and approval of the City Engineer.
