HIDDEN HARBOR - TOWN OF WATERFORD
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat for Hidden Harbor, a 54 lot
subdivision in Section 12, Town of Waterford was submitted on
August 15, 1988, and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the preliminary plat for Hidden Harbor, a 54
lot subdivision in Section 12, Town of Waterford.
BE IT FUKTHEK RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving and
objecting agencies.
