GOLDEN MEADOW AT LAKE TICHIGAN
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
(Town of Waterford)
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat for Golden Meadow at Lake Tichigan,
a 129 lot subdivision in Section 2, Town of Waterford was
submitted on August 15, 1988, and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Meadow at Lake Tichigan, a 129 lot subdivision in Section 2,
Commission, does hereby approve the preliminary plat for Golden
Town of Waterford.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies.
