RESOLUTION #192-88
AUTHORIZING PUBLIC OFFICIALS TO ISSUE NON-TRAFFIC
CITATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE #316
WHEREAS, the Common Council adopted Ordinance 316 creating
Section 1.06(10) (revised to Section l.O6(3)(a) of the Municipal
Code which provides for issuance of citations in non-traffic
ordinance violations, and
WHEREAS, that Ordinance provides that the Common Council shall
designate, by resolution, public officials who may issue
citations with respect to ordinances which are directly related
to the official responsibility of the officials, and
WHEREAS, Kesolution 111 78-84 (Amended) adopted September 11, 1984
designated the following public officials as those individuals
who may issue citations:
Building Inspector
Deputy Building Inspectors
Superintendent of Public Works
Fire Inspectors, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the Utility
Superintendent be included in that list.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby designate the following public officials
I ' as those individuals who may issue citations:
Building Inspector
Deputy Building Inspectors
Superintendent of Public Works
Fire Inspectors
Utility Superintendent
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Utility Superintendent is a
public official for purposes stated in this resolution.
