KESOLUTION #191-88
RESOLUTION FOR EXPANSION OF CONTRACT SEWER AREA
FOR THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego requests SEWRPC to determine the
feasibility of amending its Sewer Service Area within the
Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District contract area to serve
the Hwy. 45 Corridor area, and
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities
Committee, does hereby request SEWRPC to determine the
feasibility of amending its Sewer Service area within the
Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District contract area to serve
the Hwy. 45 Corridor area.
