RESOLUTION 11189-88
AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF PARK DEDICATION FUNDS
(Bay Breeze Recreational Trail)
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Board has requested
authorization for expenditure of park dedication funds in the
amount of $5,638.60 for the purpose of Bay Breeze Recreational
Trail, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of the
$5,638.60 expenditure with this amount to be matched by Bay
Breeze Condo (John Ingersoll).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee
does hereby authorize the expenditure of park dedication funds in
the amount of $5,638.60 for the purpose of Bay Breeze
Recreational Trail and with this amount to be matched by Bay
Breeze Condo (John Ingersoll).
