CROSSING CULVERT IMPROVEMENTS
AWARDING OF BID
KACINE AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the Crossing Culvert
Improvements, Racine Avenue project, and the following bid was
received:
Timme, Inc. $35,990.75
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee and the City Engineers have
recommended approval of the bid of Timme, Inc. in the amount of
$35,990.75, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee
and the City Engineers, does hereby accept the bid of Timme, Inc.
in the amount of $35.990.75 for the Crossing Culvert
Improvements, Racine Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name Of the
City, and are further authorized to sign any change orders at
their discretion upon recommendation of the City Engineers.
