AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
WITH COPY PLUS, INC. (Police Dept. Copier)
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the attached
maintenance agreement for the copy machine in the Police
Department and has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the Clerk to execute an
agreement between the City and Copy Plus, Inc. for maintenance of
period of 8/4/88 to 8/3/89, or 40,000 copies, as attached, for
the Sharp SF8200 copy machine in the Police Department for the
the amount of $477.00.
