APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

Town of Waterford
WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on August 10, 1988
to create one parcel from the property located in the NW 1/4 of
the SE 1 /4 and the NE 1 /4 of the SW 1 /4 of Section 2, Town of
Waterford, and
WHEREAS, this property is located in the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to create one parcel
from the property located in the NW 1 /4 of the SE 1/4 and the NE
1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 2, Town of Waterford.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $50.00 submittal fee.
